Why guests love itThe tour desk organised most of a first-time family visit to Istanbul from Katelya Hotel, from a Bosphorus cruise to a guided morning in the old town. Breakfast, with a good spread of local specialities, gave everyone a proper start. The hotel has no rooftop, terrace or view to speak of, so golden hour happened on the boat or at a public viewpoint rather than at the hotel.
