Why guests love itWe visited in December, right in the lagoon pool's open season, and spent most afternoons by the garden before dinner at Matsuri. The Andes-facing room made mornings the best part of the stay, mountains catching the light before the city traffic picked up. Parque Arauco was close enough for an easy walk when we wanted to shop. We left thinking the garden pool alone was worth the booking.
