Why guests love itWe used the rooftop hot tub every evening of our stay, easily the best part of the hotel, especially after a day spent walking around Providencia. The Turkish baths downstairs were a nice bonus we hadn't planned on using, and Tobalaba Metro being 300 metres away made getting anywhere in the city simple. Between the rooftop hot tub and the location, it earned a repeat booking from us.
